Today, H.H. Pope Tawadros II received Archbishop Justin Welby, Archbishop of Canterbury of the Anglican Episcopal Church, who is currently visiting Egypt for the inauguration of his church’s new province of Alexandria, with a delegation of leaders of the Episcopal Church.

The meeting was attended by H.G. Bishop Angaelos, Bishop of London and Bishop Dr. Sami Shehata, Archbishop of Alexandria of the Episcopal Church and Bishop Dr. Munir Hanna, the honorary Archbishop of the territory, and a number of the leadership of the “episcopate”.
