Today at The Papal residence at Cairo, H.H. Pope Tawadros II Received Ambassador Michael Suhrthe, the Danish Special Representative for Freedom of Religions with Mr. Spend Olling, Ambassador of Denmark to Egypt, where he was informed of the Procedures and Developments that the Egyptian Government has accomplished in regards to this subject.
During the meeting His Holiness mentioned that Egypt suffers from increase of population which affects many types of services that the country provides and despite of all, the country has many great accomplishments in the past few years.
His Holiness invited the Ambassador to visit the small rural towns to acknowledge the nature of the peaceful life there and the efforts of the country to fight poverty pointing to project named (Honorable Life) to improve the most impoverished and needed towns.
