Today,
H.H. Pope Tawadros II witnessed this afternoon the closing session of the program for developing personal skills in leadership and management for new priests in the churches of the centre of Alexandria, which was presented by the Coptic Institute for Ecclesiastical Management and Development (COTICAD). The training program took place over nearly a year, with the participation of twenty priests from the churches of the centre of Alexandria.
The trainee fathers in the program presented four graduation projects, which were discussed with His Holiness, the Pope.
In conclusion, His Holiness granted graduation certificates to the priestd who were trained in the program.
The meeting was attended by H.G. Bishop Danial, Bishop of Maadi and the Holy Synod Secretary, the General bishops supervising the pastoral sectors in Alexandria, H.G. Bishop Pavly (Montaza Sector), H.G. Bishop Elarioun (West Alexandria) and H.G. Bishop Hermina (East Alexandria). Fr. Abraam Emil, Patriarchal Vicar in Alexandria, director of the institute, Dr. Magdy Latif, and faculty members of the institute.
