H.H. Pope Tawadros II attended the closing ceremony of the central activities of University Teams affiliated to the General Secretariat of University Groups in Youth Bishopric.
The ceremony included several paragraphs, including a choir of several university Groups, as well as a report for the central services and the service of the University Groups Festival for the years 2020 and 2021, and concluded a speech by H.H, then H.H handed cups and prizes to the winners, as well as graduation certificates for the two batches of preparing servants and preparing leaders for the year 2021 affiliated to serving university groups.
H.G. Bishop Raphael, General Bishop of Cairo Downtown, Mr. Helmy Al-Namnam, the former Minister of Culture, and Captain Shawky Gharib, the technical director of the Olympic football team attended the ceremony.
In his speech, H.H. encouraged young people to have faith with which we can conquer the temptations of the world, through four points:
1- A strong personal relationship with Christ
2- Our life inside the church, which is like a ship, whoever enters is saved from drowning.
3- A living relationship with the Bible, and let the book be with us everywhere, from it we take guidance.
4- The family or the home, as we all knew faith first through our homes, from our mothers and grandmothers.
