Today at the Papal Residence in Cairo, His Holiness Pope Tawadros II received H.G. Bishop Eklemandos, General Bishop of Almaza, Amal City & East Nasr, and he was accompanied by the priests and the council of St. George Church in Almaza and the servants and maids of the “Fikra (Idea)” youth house in Almaza.
His Holiness gave them a spiritual speech about the feasts that the Church celebrated during this month, and also answered their questions.
For his part, H.G. Bishop Eklemandos thanked His Holiness the Pope for his love and paternity that those present touched during the meeting, praising His Holiness’ keenness to continue serving in the church and the work of its priests, council and servants, which is characterized by fruitful cooperation.
In the end, His Holiness distributed some gifts to them and took souvenir photos with His Holiness.
