Today, H.H. Pope Tawadros II, was in a pastoral visit to the monastery of St. Macarius the Great (Monastery of Abu Makar) in Sheheet Desert.
H.H prayed in the main church once he arrived and was blessed by the saints’ relics of the monastery; after that he sat with the monks in a spiritual sitting and gave them a good sermon, listened to their questions and answered them.
At the end of the visit, a memorial photo was taken to all the monks of the monastery with H.H. the Pope
