Today, H.H. Pope Tawadros II participated in the “Egyptian Family Iftar”, which was held under the supervision and presence of President Abdel Fattah El-Sisi, and the participation of many national symbols, statesmen and citizens from all governorates of Egypt.
“Egyptian Family Iftar” represents a tradition that President Abdel Fattah El-Sisi started years ago, and the Coptic Orthodox Church used to contribute to it as an essential element in the Egyptian society, but the conditions of the outbreak of the Coronavirus prevented the organization of this event during the past two years.
