The Coptic Orthodox Church, headed by H.H Pope Tawadros II, appreciates the efforts of the valiant armed forces to control the enemies of the homeland and thwart the schemes of evil people, especially the recent efforts made by the law-enforcement forces and the air force, to seize and destroy a number of terrorist spots.
The Church also mourns the heroic martyrs of our homeland who died during these operations, and we are confident that their blood will not be in vain, but rather is a price for the stability and progress of the country and the security of its lands and children.
We pray that God grants solace to the families of the martyrs and heals the injured, and that He preserves our beloved Egypt in complete security and stability.
