This morning, H.H. Pope Tawadros II prayed the Divine Liturgy as 9 deacons were ranked as priests to serve in a number of churches and pastoral sectors in Cairo and Africa, with the participation of a number of church plaintiffs, at St. Bishoy’s Monastery, Wadi El-Natroun.
Seven of the new priests are going to serve in the churches of Cairo and New Cairo in the areas of Al-Amal City, Ain Shams, Manshiet Nasser and New Obour, and the last two will service in Africa in the French-speaking countries, Gabon and Zimbabwe.
