Today (Sunday), H.H. Pope Tawadros II received Mrs. Verónica Alcocer, the wife of the President of Colombia, along with her accompanying delegation, at the Papal Residence in Cairo.

During the meeting, emphasis was placed on the importance of the values of peace and love that the world needs everywhere.

Following the meeting, Mrs. Alcocer visited St. Mark’s Cathedral, where she explored its features and learned about its history.
