Today (Wednesday), at the Papal Residence in Cairo, H.H. Pope Tawadros II received Major General Engineer Ahmed Mohamed Abdel Salam, CEO of the Secured and Smart Documents Complex, along with a delegation of senior officials from the complex.

During the meeting, His Holiness was briefed on the services provided by the complex in the field of secured documents, smart cards, and other pioneering products. It was highlighted that the complex is the only one of its kind in Africa and the Middle East, which has led many countries in the region to sign cooperation agreements to meet their needs for products from the Secured and Smart Documents Complex.

His Holiness commended the outstanding level of work at the complex, describing it as an advanced step in the field of secured document production.
