H.H. Pope Tawadros II Receives H.G. Bishop Domadios, the Priests of the 6th of October Diocese and Their Families

Today (Sunday), H.H. Pope Tawadros II received H.G. Bishop Domadios, Bishop of the 6th of October and Osim Diocese, at the Papal Residence in Cairo. Accompanying him were the priests of the diocese and their families.

At the beginning of the meeting, Bishop Domadios expressed his gratitude to His Holiness for his love and for responding to the priests’ request to meet him and receive his blessing.

Pope Tawadros then spoke to them, reflecting on the Church fasts throughout the liturgical year and how individuals can benefit from each of them.

After his talk, His Holiness answered questions from the attendees and engaged in discussions with them.

In a kind gesture, Pope Tawadros congratulated Bishop Domadios on the 12th anniversary of his episcopal ordination, presenting him with a commemorative gift on this occasion. He also gave commemorative gifts to the priests and their families.
