Today (Monday), H.H. Pope Tawadros II received at the Papal Residence in Cairo, Hegumen Antonious Sobhy, the senior priest of the Coptic Church in Jordan, who presented His Holiness with a report on the ministry there.

During the meeting, Pope Tawadros commended Hegumen Antonious for being awarded the King Abdullah Medal of Excellence, in recognition of his role in promoting the values of tolerance and harmony within Jordanian society.
