Today, H.H. Pope Tawadros II held a meeting with H.G. Bishop Yoannes, Bishop of Asyut and Secretary of the Holy Synod, along with the rapporteurs of the main committees of the Holy Synod following their recent restructuring.

During the meeting, the roles and plans of each committee and its subcommittees were reviewed. New subcommittees were established to promote greater focus and increase the effectiveness of the committees’ work.

In attendance, alongside the committee rapporteurs, were the assistant secretaries of the Holy Synod:
Their Graces Bishop Stephanos, Bishop of Beba and El-Fashn, Bishop Markos, Bishop of Damietta, Kafr El-Sheikh, and El-Barari, Bishop Marc, Bishop of Paris and Northern France, and Bishop Abraham, General Bishop of the Diocese of Los Angeles.
