His Holiness Pope Tawadros II received a phone call today from Dr. Nazir Ayyad, Grand Mufti of the Arab Republic of Egypt, who called to inquire about His Holiness’ health condition.

Dr. Ayyad expressed his sincere wishes for His Holiness’ speedy recovery and good health. His Holiness thanked him, expressing his appreciation for his kind concern and gracious call.
