His Holiness Pope Tawadros II prayed this evening the Vespers service for the Feast of the Martyrdom of Saint Mark the Apostle and Evangelist, the Preacher of the Egyptian Land, at the cathedral bearing his name at the headquarters of the Coptic Orthodox Patriarchate in Europe in Venice.

Participating in the Vespers prayers were the metropolitans and bishops of the dioceses of the Coptic Orthodox Church in Europe, America, and Australia, as well as the clergy members of the Secretariat of the Holy Synod.
