Concerning the Diocese of South Africa
In view of the health circumstances of His Eminence Metropolitan Antonios Marcos, Metropolitan of the Diocese of South Africa, it was decided to appoint His Grace Bishop Joseph, Bishop of the Diocese of Namibia and its affiliated regions, as an assistant of His Eminence the Metropolitan, to fully supervise the management of the diocese spiritually, pastorally, financially and administratively, and to submit a periodic report to us every three months.
Blessing falls upon the son of obedience.
