The LOGOS Leadership Program “LLP” is a program for the practical training of priests and servants for spiritual leadership. LLP‘s aim is to prepare a base of fathers and servants trained in multiple skills and specializations; To serve the needs of the Coptic Orthodox Church, such as LOGOS Coptic Youth Forum for the youth of the Coptic Orthodox Church inside and outside Egypt, and to represent the Coptic Orthodox Church in its regional and global activities, in addition to the existing church services.

      LLP aims for the church to have leaders with one mind, heart and soul. LLP helps each participant discover their abilities and capabilities to use them in the best way possible. That is in addition to training and qualifying the participants to become spiritual leaders capable of providing the church with a second row of responsible leaders.

      LLP extends for 4 months, and is launched at a forum at LOGOS Papal Center, St. Bishoy’s Monastery, Wadi El Natroun, followed by work on practical projects to serve the needs of the Coptic Church with continuous follow-up and regular interviews.

      The LOGOS Leadership Program targets youth aged 25-35 years old with at least a bachelor’s degree -or equivalent- from Egypt Dioceses as the first stage of the Program. Applicants will be contacted in case of acceptance or not to clarify the next step of the Program.
