Coptic Orthodox Church launched an initiative to support females who struggle to achieve success for themselves and their families under the title “She is Capable.”The initiative was launched out of the papal residence in St. Mark’s Cathedral, Abbasiyya – Cairo, and is carried out by the Bishopric of General and Social Services, led by Bishop Yolius, and in partnership with the Papal Office of Projects & Relations.His Holiness honored a group of women as “Shining Examples” who managed to enroll in literacy classes and continued their education until they obtained a high degree, found jobs, and now have income that help meet the needs of their families, as well as others who have opened small businesses with the support of the Bishopric of Services and the Papal Office and have achieved great success.
