After presenting the current status of churches in light of the spread of the Covid-19 corona virus, the following guidelines have been agreed upon:

- Funerals are to be officiated by one priest, one deacon, and the immediate family of the departed, while not exceeding 10 individuals, in cemetery churches or the church’s courtyard. Also, continue to shut funeral halls
- Out of honesty, anyone who experiences any symptoms of sickness, even if minor, is asked not to participate in prayers, or leave immediately
- Suspending all visitations to homes or hospitals for blessings, bathing prayers, or third-day prayers, while urging communication through phone calls or social media to all families, especially those who are mourning or suffering
- Suspending all Sunday School related services, meeting, and any kind of activity
- Crowning Ceremonies during the Holy Fifty Days are to be limited to one priest, one deacon, and 25% capacity
- All priests and servants must continue to educate the people about the proper practice of all due precautions in all places for their safety and the safety of others. This is to be done by mentioning in church regularly or through social media
