Today H.H. Pope Tawadros II met with the first group of mentors responsible for the training of 1,000 educators at their conference, which was held at the Logos Center in the papal residence of St. Bishoy Monastery in Wadi El-Natrun. H.H. delivered the conference’s final lecture to the mentors present.

The conference began last Thursday and will conclude tomorrow afternoon. It was attended by 73 priests, along with male and female servants from 23 dioceses; distinguished for their roles throughout the three levels in H.H. the Pope’s development of Church education project “Renew our days as of old… the Heritage of our Church is Spirit and Life,” in the training of 1,000 church educators. Also, the conference focused on the informational component the mentor is to provide in his service and education.
