This evening from the Papal Residence in Cairo, H.H. Pope Tawadros II held the Wednesday weekly meeting. The sermon was broadcast live on Christian satellite channels as well as the C.O.C. channel of the Church’s Media Center on the internet, and without the attendance of the public. 

Today, H.H. continued his sermon titled, “Epistle of Joy” through a reading of the Epistle to the Philippians which is characterized by its spirit of ‘joy’; a topic H.H. has now addressed for the fourth consecutive week. 

In his sermon, H.H. presented several contemplations on the advice given by St. Paul to the Philippian believers in the second chapter of his epistle to them.
