This afternoon, H.H. Pope Tawadros II received the sign language interpretation servants of CTV Channel, as the channel celebrates the one-year anniversary of service to the deaf and mute, and on five main programs of the channel.

H.H. the Pope gave a spiritual word on the many needs of the human such as the biological, psychological, social and spiritual needs, but most important is the need for love. Filling a person with love builds a levelled and balanced personality, and love is always before service.

A number of the servants in attendance pointed out the importance of spreading awareness in society regarding the simplicity of dealing with a deaf individual, in that such a person is a normal person and easy to deal with like any foreign individual whose language we know. And that the deaf individual studies, graduates, works, and has ambitions like any other person.

In closing, H.H. the Pope thanked the servants and CTV Channel, and prayed for the continuity of the service and its growth and presented them with a souvenir gift.
