Tuesday evening at the Papal Residence in Cairo, H.H. Pope Tawadros II held a meeting with the Board of the Coptic Studies Institute.

The meeting is attended by Dr. Isaac Agban, Dean of the institute, with the head departments and their deputies. and The church’s Pontiffs who attended the meeting were, H.E. Metropolitan Abraam, Metropolitan of Fayoum, H.G. Bishop Demetrius, Bishop of Melawi and Head of Coptic Language Department, H.G. Bishop Makary, General Bishop of Southern Shoubra and Head of Coptic Tunes and Music Department, H.G. Bishop Martyros, General Bishop of East Railways in Cairo and H.G. Bishop Ermia, the General Bishop.

The meeting was about the preparations for the beginning of the new academic year and the discussion of reports submitted by the departments of the Institute.

At the end of the meeting, a memorial picture was taken in front of the entrance to the Institute building.
