His Holiness Pope Tawadros II prayed the Praise of Kiahk this evening, on New Year’s Eve, at St. Mark’s Cathedral in Alexandria, with the participation of the Bishops of the General Supervising the pastoral sectors in Alexandria, H.G. Bishop Pavli (Montazah), H.G. Bishop Elarion (west of Alexandria) and H.G. Bishop Hermina (east of Alexandria).

Fr. Abram Emil, the representative of the Patriarchate in Alexandria, the priests of the cathedral, and a limited number of people also participated in the prayers in the context of implementing precautionary measures.
The three bishops, each, gave a spiritual speech and concluded the words with a speech by His Holiness, entitled ” who has ears to hear, let him hear.”
