Today at the Papal Residence, Cairo, H.H. Pope Tawadros II received H.G. Bishop Karas, Bishop of Pennsylvania, Delaware, Maryland & West Virginia, USA, who presented H.H. with some of the pastoral service matters related to the diocese.
