His Holiness Pope Tawadros II prayed vespers praises and offering of Evening Incense this evening in St. Mark’s Cathedral, Alexandria, before starting the sermon in his weekly Wednesday meaning.

After vespers prayers, he awarded the top achievers in secondary schools of both national and international certificates, as well as the top achievers in technical diplomas, universities and postgraduate studies, in the four service districts in Alexandria and the Sahrawi district.
His Holiness also awarded the Egyptian mission team “Treasure Academy” who are second place winners in a global competition in the United States of America for robotics and artificial intelligence.
His Holiness also awarded the winners of “Read, Understand and Gain” competition which was presented by “Eime Center” for studies, which is supervised by Fr Antonios Fahmy.
This was then followed by a documentary for the celebration of the 10th anniversary of His Holiness’ Enthronement.
The Bishops of the districts participated in the ceremony, H.G. Bishop Bavly, Bishop of the district of Al Montazah, H.G. Bishop Elarion, Bishop of the Gharb district, H.G. Bishop Hermina, Bishop of the Sharq district and Fr Abraam Emil, deputy of the Patriarchate in Alexandria.
His Holiness then delivered a sermon about the “Parable of the Talents” and the “Family Life”
