Today, Wednesday, His Holiness Pope Tawadros II sent a delegation representing the Coptic Orthodox Church from the Bishopric of Public and Social Services and the Diocese of Beba and Fashn, to offer condolences to the Egyptian families of the victims of Hurricane Daniel in the sister country of Libya.

This was in the village of Al-Sharif in Beni Suef Governorate, and the church delegation was accompanied by the village Sheikh and representatives from the Ministry of Social Solidarity. The delegation conveyed the condolences of His Holiness the Pope and his support and assistance to these wounded families.
