On Sunday evening, the seminar for the Bishops in Europe began under the chairmanship of H.H. Pope Tawadros II, in the presence of the Secretariat of the Holy Synod. This took place at the Cathedral of St. Mark the Apostle in Venice.

During its sessions, the topic of “Service of the Coptic Church in European Countries” will be discussed. Two sessions were held on Sunday evening. The first session discussed the topics of: “Reality and Statistics” and “Challenges and Obstacles.” In the second session, the topics “Hopes and Dreams” and “Joint Cooperation” were discussed.

11 bishops from the 14 dioceses of the Coptic Orthodox Church in Europe will participate in the seminar, as three bishops gave their applogies for health reasons.
