Today, Tuesday, His Holiness Pope Tawadros II met with the Bishops of our dioceses in North America, via the Internet through the ZOOM application.
His Holiness meditated on Psalm 42 and developed a spiritual program of the prayers of the Divine Mass and the prayers of the ninth hour in the Agpeya (the book of daily prayers of the Hours).
After the end of the speech, His Holiness answered the questions directed to him and briefed the Fathers on a summary of what was discussed at the European Bishops’ Seminar, which was held in Venice, Italy, on October 15th and 16th.
His Holiness also stressed the need for positive participation from churches and dioceses in the presidential elections next December.
The meeting concluded with prayer as it began.
