His Holiness Pope Tawadros II received at the Papal Residence in Cairo on Tuesday, Mr. Mohamed Farid Zahran, head of the Egyptian Social Democratic Party and candidate in the presidential elections, and his accompanying delegation.

His Holiness expressed his wishes to the presidential candidate for success, stressing the importance of participation in the elections by those who have the right to vote, which contributes to building the nation.
