His Holiness Pope Tawadros II met today, Monday, with H.G. Bishop Ghobrial, Bishop of the Diocese of Beni Suef, the Council of Priests and their Families, and the Consecrates, at the St. Rewise’s Theater in St. Mark’s Cathedral in Abbaseya.

H.G. Bishop Ghobrial spoke at the beginning of the meeting, thanking His Holiness for his quick response to their request to meet with His Holiness, and for his interest in following up on the conditions of pastoral service in the diocese.

For his part, His Holiness welcomed them and gave them a spiritual speech, then answered the questions they presented to His Holiness, listened to the proposals they presented and discussed them with them.
