His Holiness Pope Tawadros II received, at the papal residence in Cairo, this Monday afternoon, Ambassador Hani Mohamed Nagy, the new Egyptian ambassador to Australia.

During the meeting, His Holiness spoke about the presence of the Coptic Orthodox Church around the world and had a dialogue with his guest about how to connect young people in the diaspora to Egypt and encourage them to visit it, especially the second and third generations.
At the conclusion of the meeting, His Holiness wished him success in his new mission.
