H.H. addressed three dimensions related to service work partnership:
1- Partnership in sustainable development: you are responsible for it and your work in it. When our Lord Jesus Christ wanted to feed the crowds, He seated them in groups, and this in the language of administration is called the system.
2- Partnership in quality of life: that is, people’s quality of life. This comes with the priest’s awareness and ability to influence within the church.
3- Partnership in public responsibility: The responsibility is not limited to the Patriarch or Bishop only, but is the responsibility of everyone.
His Holiness commended the bishopric of services, describing it as growing over the years and the work expanding and spreading, and the Development Office is part of it to boost the work.
His Holiness announced financial support, as a first stage, that will be provided to 30 diocese through the bishopric of services, provided that this support is directed to the sub-development office of the diocese in favor of financing small projects.
