H.H. Pope Tawadros II received at the papal headquarters in Cairo today (Wednesday), Counselor Abdel Wahab Abdel Razek, (President of the Senate), accompanied by a delegation of Senate members, to extend congratulations to His Holiness on the occasion of the glorious Feast of Nativity.

The delegation accompanying the Senate President consisted of: Ms. Phoebe Fawzi, (Deputy Speaker of the Council), Counselor Mahmoud Etman (the Secretary-General of the Council), Major General Mohammed Rostom, (Director of the Office of the Speaker of the Senate), and two members of the Council; Counselor Monsef Soliman, and Counselor Gamil Halim.

The Counselor, President of the Senate, expressed his sincere congratulations and that of the accompanying delegation on the glorious Feast of Nativity. He expressed his happiness at meeting Pope Tawadros, wishing His Holiness and everyone joyful days.
For his part, Pope Tawadros thanked his guests for their visit and greetings, wishing them continued happiness and peace.
