Papal Decree 10/2022
Concerning the Appointment of Fr. Cedrack St. Bishoy
as Priest of St. Mark’s Church, St. Thomas, U.S. Virgin Islands
Fr. Cedrack Elanba Bishoy is hereby appointed on this date as Priest of the Coptic Orthodox Church to serve the Coptic Orthodox community and to supervise and have responsibility for all administrative, pastoral and financial activities of the Coptic Orthodox Church on St. Thomas, U.S. Virgin Islands. Until further notice, Fr. Cedrack is to be the only Priest of the Coptic Orthodox Church residing of St. Thomas.
By this decree we notify the Coptic Orthodox Church and our congregations worldwide, as well as all civil and religious authorities, including the governmental and legal authorities on St. Thomas, U.S. Virgin Islands of this appointment.
May God bless the people of St. Thomas and the ministry of Fr. Cedrack.
