Papal Decree 2/2022
Concerning the Appointment of a Papal Vicar for the Abnoub Diocese and its surroundings,
and St. Mina’s Monastery, Mount Abnoub
His Grace Bishop Arsanios, Bishop of the New Valley and the Osais, is delegated to be a Papal Vicar for the Diocese of Abnoub, Al-Fateh and New Assiut, and St. Mina’s Monastery, Mount Abnoub after the passing of His Grace Bishop Lukas. This is until a future Bishop will be assigned to supervise it.
And those who obey will be blessed.
