His Holiness Pope Tawadros II received, at the papal residence in Cairo this Sunday evening, the Lebanese artist Madeleine Tabar, who has a long artistic career and a lover of Egypt, and who came take the blessings.
His Holiness commended her participation in the Christian film “The Disciple,” which premiered last week.
At the end of the meeting, His Holiness presented her with an icon of the Virgin Mary, in thanks and honor.
